We are looking for a Finance Operations & Accounting Lead to join our Finance Operations & Accounting team.

What you will be doing
- Lead the administration and maintenance of key finance systems, including SunGL, GTreasury, Workday and Concur.
- Manage system controls, audit logs, ITGC requirements, and finance process testing.
- Support month-end close, including journal review, trial balance, and consolidated financial reporting.
- Oversee treasury and cash settlement processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with daily deadlines.
- Play a key role in merger and integration activities, including GL mapping, reconciliations, and supplier onboarding.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team while driving process improvement initiatives.
What you will bring
- CA or CPA qualified with experience in finance operations, accounting or financial control.
- Experience within banking, financial services, or an ADI environment is highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of financial controls, governance, risk management, and month-end processes.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills with strong analytical capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead and develop team members while building strong stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
