Sydney Glass Pty Ltd is a glass supply business servicing builders, trades, and retail customers across Sydney. We pride ourselves on reliable service, quality products, and a positive team environment. We are looking for an energetic and organised Administration and Data Entry Assistant to join our team and help keep our office running smoothly.
Hours: Monday - Friday
About the Role:
This is a varied and hands-on role where you will be supporting our office and production teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer emails
- Entering customer orders into the software system
- General office administration and support tasks for various departments as required
About You:
The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys a busy environment and brings a positive attitude to work every day.
You will have:
- A friendly and professional manner Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Computer skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and energetic Reliable and punctual work habits
- Ideal, but not essential – some experience with Xero.
