Senior Property Stylist – Signature Space Styling

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and highly talented Senior Property Stylist to join our team. This role is suited to a proven industry professional who can confidently manage projects from consultation through to installation and has a strong understanding of the Sydney property styling market.
We are looking for an established Property Stylist with direct industry experience who can immediately contribute to our growing portfolio of projects.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional styling skills, strong client relationship management abilities, and a proven track record of creating high-impact interiors that generate outstanding results for vendors and agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of each styling project from concept through to completion.
- Be the lead stylist on-site during installations, directing furniture placement, artwork positioning, accessory styling, and final presentation.
- Personally style properties on-site to Signature Space Styling's standards, ensuring every home is market-ready and presented at the highest level.
- Work closely with removalists and installation teams to ensure efficient and accurate execution of styling plans.
- Conduct final quality checks and make styling adjustments before photography and property launch.
- Independently assess properties and develop styling strategies that maximise buyer appeal.
- Select furniture, artwork, rugs, soft furnishings, and accessories from our inventory.
- Create cohesive, market-driven interiors tailored to each property's target demographic.
- Liaise closely with our warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Mentor and support junior stylists where required.
- Identify opportunities to improve styling processes, inventory utilisation, and project outcomes.
- Stay ahead of interior design trends, buyer preferences, and Sydney real estate market movements.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience working within a property styling company.
- Proven experience independently styling homes for sale within the Sydney property market.
- Strong knowledge of furniture layouts, colour palettes, spatial planning, and buyer psychology.
- Experience managing multiple styling projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- The ability to work independently and make confident styling decisions on-site.
- Interior Design qualifications
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Full Australian working rights.
