About the Opportunity

As a Retail Implementation Specialist, you'll work closely with retailers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to coordinate and deliver a range of store development projects. From store relays and refurbishments to category initiatives and layout optimisation, you'll help bring retail strategies to life in store.
This is an office-based role with flexible working arrangements and regular travel throughout SA and NT.
In this Role
- Coordinate store development projects with retailers, internal teams, and external partners
- Support the successful delivery of new store openings, refurbishments, and store upgrades
- Partner with retailers to optimise store layouts, merchandising strategies, and format changes
- Drive the implementation of planograms, ranging initiatives, and category improvements
- Provide recommendations on equipment upgrades and opportunities to enhance store performance
- Oversee the delivery of store signage, branding, merchandising materials, and in-store collateral
You’re Likely a Match If
- Proven experience in supermarket, retail operations, or store management
- Strong knowledge of merchandising, ranging, and category management
- Experience delivering store fit-outs, refurbishments, or retail improvement projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Project coordination or project management experience
- Willingness to travel across South Australia and the Northern Territory
