주요업무내용
The successful applicant will provide administrative and paralegal support to lawyers and assist with the general operation of the firm. Duties may include:
Answering telephone calls and responding to client enquiries;
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars;
Preparing, formatting and organising legal documents and correspondence;
Opening, maintaining and updating client files;
Assisting with immigration, commercial and employment law matters;
Conducting basic legal and administrative research;
Communicating with clients, government departments and other professional organisations;
Assisting with invoicing, document management and general office administration; and
Performing other reasonable administrative or paralegal duties as required.
Training will be provided. The ideal applicant will be organised, reliable, detail-oriented and able to maintain client confidentiality.

No previous work experience is required. Experience in a law firm, professional services firm, office administration, customer service or a similar role will be highly regarded
No mandatory certification or licence is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook, is preferred. Strong English and Korean communication skills will be highly regarded.
