Leading contracts, procurement and commercial activities across major project packages, ensuring alignment with project objectives, governance requirements and delivery timelines
Developing and implementing procurement strategies, sourcing plans and commercial frameworks that support safe, sustainable and efficient project execution.
Providing oversight and assurance of EPCM and direct hire procurement activities, including contract formation, governance, controls and supplier engagement
Managing complex procurement packages through market engagement, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, contract award, administration and close-out, including partnering with domestic and international suppliers, including China-based suppliers, to support sourcing, logistics, expediting, freight, customs and supply chain outcomes
Advising senior project, operational and corporate stakeholders on commercial risks, procurement decisions, contract strategies and governance approvals, driving value creation through supplier engagement, negotiation, commercial optimisation, risk management and continuous improvement
Leading, mentoring and influencing procurement and contract management professionals across the project and broader commercial community
