Key responsibilities for this position include:
● Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to a high standard● Developing new and innovative recipes● Ensuring that food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times● Managing inventory and ordering supplies. Stock control and Stock Rotation● Collaborating with other members of the team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
The position Requires
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success within a similar role or work environment.
● Have a right to work in Australia● Previous experience (at least 2 years) in a similar role with references● Must be fully available Tue-Sat ● Be able to work under pressure● Be a team player● Highly organized and efficient
