About the Centre
Corangamite Shire operates six outdoor swimming pools - Camperdown, Cobden, Lismore, Skipton, Terang and Timboon; and the Mortlake Outdoor Pool in Moyne Shire Council. Whether it's a dip to cool off, a splash for fun, learning to swim or lap swimming, users will not be disappointed with the range of activities and programs at each of the pools.
About the role
The team leader is an important part of the facility leadership team. You will manage and lead teams of employees in assigned areas and ensure that the delivery of the programs and services meets agreed standards.
They will lead, inspire, and motivate teams through clear and achievable team goals and ensure high standards of implementation of Policies and Procedures.
Team Leaders assist the Manager by working as part of the Manager on Duty roster, where they provide support to customers and staff across all areas of the facility.

This is a casual position and the hourly rate is up to $42.34 + Superannuation + Y benefits.
About you
You will have strong leadership skills to effectively manage a large team of staff in a busy aquatic environment. Aquatic Supervision will be a large focus of the role to ensure high levels of consistent supervision.

- HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

Aquatic Pool Lifeguard Certificate
Desirable Qualifications & Experience

Experience performing pool lifeguard and duty manager duties
