About the role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Draftsperson to join our team. The role involves preparing accurate architectural drawings and supporting project delivery in line with business and client requirements. This position requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and flexibility to work additional hours when required by business needs.
Role and Responsibilities
· Revising, updating and modifying plans, maps, charts and design documents as required
· producing architectural drawings based on design concepts and coordinating with builders and contractors during project execution
· organising and coordinating construction schedules, work programs and project timelines
· interpreting architectural drawings, building regulations, codes of practice and project specifications
· preparing draft sketches, technical drawings, layouts and detailed construction plans
· inspecting construction work, materials and installations to ensure compliance with approved specifications, standards and regulations
· estimating project costs, material quantities and expected completion timeframes
· carrying out site measurements and collecting data using surveying and photogrammetric equipment
· assisting Architects, Construction Managers and Surveyors with project planning, coordination and site organisation
· performing routine calculations, analysing site information and plotting preliminary survey data

Skills and experience
· must have an experience of more than 1 year working as a Architectural Draftsperson
· Applicant must have Bachelor or higher qualification
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow the procedures accurately.
· Excellent time management skills to meet the deadlines.
· Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
