We are seeking a passionate and creative Wellness Coordinator to join our vibrant community, Seasons Sinnamon Park. In this rewarding role, you will design and deliver engaging wellbeing programs that enhance residents’ physical, emotional, and social connection, helping them live with purpose, dignity, and joy.
Working closely with the Community Manager and wider team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment where residents feel connected, supported, and inspired to participate in meaningful activities. You will:
- Bring ideas to life by designing and delivering fun, engaging wellness programs that boost physical, emotional and social wellbeing
- Coordinate and facilitate activities, events, and outings that drive resident engagement and foster a strong sense of community
- Collaborate with internal teams, residents, and external providers to create meaningful and varied program offerings
- Keep things fresh and innovative by tracking engagement, gathering feedback, and continuously improving program offerings
- Take ownership of program coordination including budgets, calendars, promotional materials, and reporting
- Build positive, respectful relationships with residents and their families while supporting day-to-day community operations as required

You’ll also bring:
- Certificate IV in Diversional Therapy, health or equivalent (desirable) and/or 2yrs+ experience in a similar role (aged care, retirement living) including adjacent creative industry experience – marketing, hospitality, event management.
- Proficient computer and technology skills (laptops, smartphones, tablets etc).
- A genuine passion for working with older people and those with diverse needs.
- Unrestricted Australian working rights.
- Unrestricted Drivers License.
- Current national police check.
