This is a role for a Junior to Midweight Graphic Designer (3-5 years) who enjoys variety, structure, and seeing their work out in the world.
You will join an established in-house marketing team, working across three recognised residential building brands, delivering campaigns across multiple states. You will partner closely with an experienced Creative Lead, gaining hands-on exposure to high-volume, national marketing activity.
This is not a studio-style environment where work sits on a hard drive. Your designs will be seen in display homes, online campaigns, brochures, and sales environments across Australia.
No two days are the same. One day you may be creating a digital campaign, the next developing printed collateral or refreshing existing assets to maintain brand consistency.
What you will be doing

Designing brochures, catalogues, flyers and print collateral

Creating digital assets including eDMs, web content and banners

Supporting campaigns across three brands and multiple markets

Updating and refining existing assets to maintain brand standards

Contributing ideas while working within established guidelines

Managing multiple briefs and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
What we are looking for

3–5 years’ experience in a graphic design role

Experience working in-house or within structured brand guidelines

Strong capability across both print and digital

Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills

Ability to take a concept through to finished artwork

Strong attention to detail and organisation

Comfortable working at pace and adapting to changing priorities

Experience in property, construction or retail is helpful but not essential.
