About the Role
Join our Acute Neurosurgical Unit and deliver skilled, holistic nursing care in a quaternary setting. You manage complex patients, build confidence and capability, and help create safe, responsive care as you grow from novice to proficient practice.
Duties
- Deliver comprehensive neurosurgical nursing care
- Assess patients and respond to clinical change
- Plan and coordinate care with the team
- Support students and enrolled nurses
- Maintain safe, accountable practice
About You
You are a committed registered nurse who brings compassion, teamwork and a drive to deliver safe, person centred care.
- Registered or eligible with NMBA and hold a practising certificate
- Deliver care that meets nursing standards and clinical guidelines
- Communicate clearly and work well in multidisciplinary teams
- Prioritise workload and adapt in a fast paced setting
- Commit to quality improvement and family centred care
