WE’RE HIRING – EXPERIENCED BARISTA / CAFÉ ALL-ROUNDER
We’re looking for an experienced Barista / Café All-Rounder to join a serious, high-volume coffee operation.
We are currently serving approximately 150 kg of coffee per week, with two baristas working on the coffee station at all times — one dedicated to the espresso machine and shots, and one working alongside them on milk and service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ barista experience
- Must have experience in a high-volume café
- Confident dialling in and adjusting grinders throughout the day
- Strong knowledge of single-origin coffees and espresso blends
- Excellent understanding of extraction, recipes, yield and consistency
- Fast and efficient while maintaining quality
- Comfortable working as part of a two-barista coffee station
- Able to perform general café all-rounder duties when required
- Reliable, punctual and professional
Hours & Availability:
- 30–40 hours per week
- Must be available Monday to Friday and Sunday
- Permanent ongoing position available
This is a high-volume position, so applicants must be confident working under pressure while maintaining excellent coffee quality and consistency.
