The hospital itself is constantly upgrading equipment to remain ahead of the curve when it comes to the diagnosis and treatment options for our patients including Digital X-Ray (incl. specialised Dental X-Ray Machine), Dental Unit, Ultrasound, Doppler Blood Pressure Monitoring, and an In-house laboratory. The Opportunity
We are looking for a Lead Veterinarian to drive and lead a workplace culture that values quality individual and team performance consistent with best practice procedures, positive working relationships, and continuous improvement. You will lead a passionate team to deliver personalised, professional, and dedicated care to our patients and their owners. You will be responsible for the management and supervision of the financial and clinical function of the business, and you will have the opportunity to really make it your own with a wide support network. You’ll be supported by an experienced Practice Manager within the clinic, alongside your WA Relationship Manager and the wider support office, providing you with the operational, people and business support you need to settle confidently into your new practice environment and location.
We are open Monday to Friday 8am-6:30pm; Saturday 9am-2pm; closed Sundays and Public Holidays. You will be required to work a flexible 4-day working week which will include a rotating weekend shift.
