Casual or Part-Time Administration & Customer Service Person – School Hours
Richmond NSW | 3-4 Days per week | 16–25 hours per week | Monday to Friday
Eclipse Organics / Ecco Lab is a small, growing food company based in Richmond NSW. We make organic muesli, protein bars and shakes, chocolate and other wholefood products.
We are looking for a reliable, organised and friendly person to help with customer service, administration and the day-to-day running of the business.
This role would suit someone looking for consistent part-time work during school hours, ideally across three and up to five days per week depending on duties.
About the Role
Your duties may include:
- Responding to customer emails and phone enquiries
- Processing orders and basic order administration
- General office and production paperwork
- Data entry and record keeping
- Assisting with stock, invoices and supplier information
- Helping organise daily priorities and follow-up tasks
- Supporting the team with general administration
Depending on your skills and interests, there may also be opportunities to assist with:
- Social media and content preparation
- Email marketing
- Website updates
- Customer follow-up and sales support
- Basic photography, Canva or graphic content
- Product development records and packaging information
These additional skills are welcome, but they are not essential.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and able to work consistently each week
- Organised and comfortable managing multiple small tasks
- Friendly and professional with customers
- Confident using email, spreadsheets and basic computer systems
- Able to work independently and follow tasks through
- Good written communication and attention to detail
- Interested in a stable, long-term role with a small local business
Experience in administration, customer service, order processing, food businesses, online sales, marketing or social media would be an advantage.
Hours
- Approximately 16–25 hours per week
- three to five weekdays
- School-hour arrangements are available
- A typical day may be around 9:30am to 2:30pm, with some flexibility by agreement
- Additional hours may sometimes be available

Richmond NSW 2753
This is an onsite role and would suit someone living locally in the Hawkesbury or nearby areas.
