1300SMILES Gladstone is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Casual Receptionist to join our team. As the face of the practice, you'll play a key role in creating positive patient experiences while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our busy dental clinic.
This casual opportunity requires availability Monday to Saturday, with typical shifts from 7:45am to 5:15pm. We're looking for someone who is flexible, organised, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
Your responsibilities will include:

Warmly welcome patients and create a positive first impression.

Coordinating appointment bookings and manage the clinic's schedule.

Answering phone calls and assist patients with inquiries or requests.

Keeping reception running smoothly and looking tidy.

Supporting dental team with admin tasks as needed.
Qualifications
