About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista and FOH team members who is keen to grow with us in bringing the Maverick brand to life and drive its success.
Proven experience as a barista in a high volume setting will be highly regarded.
You will be responsible for the preparation of a range of hot and cold drinks, ensure consistency and quality as well as taking orders and serving meal to our customers
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of espresso-based drinks, specialty coffee beverages, and other drinks like teas and lattes.
- Maintain high standards ensuring consistency .
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation
- Create infectious hospitality amongst our team and customers with your strong interpersonal skills
