Medical IT is looking for an experienced Computer Network and System Engineer to join our team based in Parramatta NSW 2150 on a full-time basis. We design a fast and effective IT network that meet the requirements of practitioners at the point of care along with an on-going commitment to provide IT support and maintenance to ensure they are continually operating safely and effectively. As a Computer Network and System Engineer you will perform following duties but not limited to:
- Analyse various computer operating systems, plan and ensure better results and administer all management networking tools. ·
- Develop and upgrade an efficient network and perform troubleshoot on various network processes with help of monitoring tools.
- Evaluate and prepare survey reports to check performance of all networking systems.
- Test new systems and ensured their proper functioning .
- Check each of the systems for their configuration and verify that each of them received access to the network.
- Maintain and update knowledge on all operating systems and assist employees in installing indoor and outdoor IT networks. ·
- Perform troubleshoot and resolve complicated problems in relation to network and operating system
- Conduct research on network products, services, protocols, and standards to remain abreast of developments in the networking industry.
- Maintain all monitoring servers through active participation and ensure better network systems.
- Coordinate with various departments and establish effective communication with service providers to provide quality service.
- Monitor and manage computer operation systems, provide backup and assist in technical retrieval functions.
- Document the technical reports, manuals and various specifications to the system.
Qualification and Experience- Relevant Bachelor Degree or Higher Qualification with at least two (2) years of experience.

- Teamwork skills and the ability to feel comfortable working with different teams, clients and groups of staff across an organisation
