Executive Assistant to the Group General Manager
Bonville Golf Resort is one of Australia's premier golf destinations, renowned for delivering exceptional experiences in a unique natural setting. We are seeking an Executive Assistant to become the trusted right-hand person to our Group General Manager.

About the Role
As Executive Assistant to the Group General Manager, you will provide high-level executive and administrative support while helping to keep multiple projects, people and priorities moving efficiently.
You will need to manage competing priorities and be comfortable working with confidential information.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage the General Manager's email inbox, correspondence and diary, as well as coordinating meetings, travel and appointments
- Assist with project coordination, research and follow-up of key business initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and AI tools
- Provide day-to-day support to the General Manager across a broad range of operational and administrative tasks whilst handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
About You
You are highly organised, proactive and genuinely enjoy supporting a senior leader.
You are confident solving problems independently and keeping multiple priorities on track.
You will have:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or in a senior administrative role
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- Strong knowledge of AI tools and the ability to use them to improve productivity and business efficiency
- Exceptional written communication and email management skills
- The ability to work with changing priorities while remaining calm under pressure
- You have a positive, adaptable, and professional attitude, with the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the business .
Employment Opportunity
We are flexible in how this role is structured and welcome applications from candidates seeking either:
- Full-time employment, or
- Part-time employment, with availability across five days per week, working a minimum of five hours per day.
Flexibility may be available for the right person.
