What You'll Do
- Deliver seamless onboarding and employment documentation that creates exceptional first impressions
- Coordinate employee lifecycle changes while maintaining accurate HR records and systems
- Support compliance through work rights, visa sponsorships and employment checks
- Partner with leaders and employees to provide responsive, people-focused HR support
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the employee experience
Skills and Experiences:
About You
- Experience in People Services, HR Administration or HR Coordination within a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
- Confidence using HRIS platforms and managing confidential employee information
- Passion for creating positive employee experiences while continuously improving processes
