About the Role We're on the lookout for reliable Production Hands to join our manufacturing team. You'll work on our production lines helping produce fresh convenience meals, following food safety and quality procedures every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and assist on food production lines
- Follow recipes, work instructions and food safety procedures (HACCP)
- Perform quality checks throughout the shift
- Pack, label and prepare product for dispatch
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
- Work as part of a team to hit daily production targets
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or production (preferred but not essential — full training provided)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical role
- Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
- Comfortable working in a cold/temperature-controlled environment
- Able to work early starts, weekends and/or rotating shifts as required
- A great attitude and willingness to be part of a growing team
