FinXL IT is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Teleco client on a key transformation engagement.
Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to elicit and document business and system requirements
Analyse current-state applications and platforms to identify automation gaps
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
Support delivery of IT transformation, system upgrades, and integrations
Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure scalable solution design
Develop complex process models, data flows, and future-state designs
Facilitate workshops to validate requirements and drive stakeholder alignment
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments, ideally in the telecommunications industry
Strong experience across IT systems, platforms, or OSS/BSS
Background in process automation, system integration, or application delivery
Ability to translate business needs into technical system documentation
Proficiency in requirements elicitation and process modelling techniques
Experience working across both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
Exposure to network domains such as broadband, IP, or mobile (desirable)
