An exciting opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Seafolly Chermside!
You will be a positive and inclusive leader whose focus is on creating customer experiences to empower women to feel confident at the beach, whilst supporting the Store Manager to foster an inclusive and fun working environment for your team.
This role is for someone eager to develop their retail management career and skills.
This is a part-time, permanent role working approx 30 hours per week (Sunday - Wednesday).

You will:
Delivers exceptional customer experiences by leading from the front, modelling service excellence, and creating a welcoming environment that inspires customer confidence.
Develops high-performing retail teams through coaching, training, and ongoing support to strengthen product knowledge, sales skills, and service standards.
Drives sales and KPI performance by motivating team members, monitoring results, and identifying opportunities to maximise productivity and business growth.
Uses data and commercial insights to analyse sales trends, customer behaviour, and store performance, informing effective decision-making and action plans.
Champions customer loyalty and omni-channel services, ensuring strong execution of loyalty programs, Click & Collect, reservations, fit appointments, and other customer-focused initiatives.
Maintains operational excellence through effective stock management, cash handling, store security, compliance, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Builds an engaged and accountable team culture by fostering trust, transparency, motivation, and a positive workplace environment.
Commits to continuous learning and leadership development, seeking feedback, participating in training opportunities, and providing support to store leadership when required.
You have:
1-2 years' experience in an Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, or similar retail leadership role.
Previous experience within the fashion retail industry, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Visual Merchandising (VM) experience is highly desirable.
A people-first leadership style, leading by example and fostering an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing team culture.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build genuine relationships with customers and team members.
A customer-focused and results-driven mindset, with proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop team performance.
Strong commercial acumen and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, administration, and operational requirements effectively.
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced retail environment, with a proactive approach to change, continuous learning, and operational excellence.
