LOVEMENOT is almost one year old, and we're just getting started. We are known for our cinnamon scrolls, stacked sandos, bowls, and specialty coffee. We move fast, we care about the details, and we treat our regulars like they're the main character.
As we keep growing, we're after our next superstar to join the crew.
We want someone hungry to grow, upbeat, energetic, and quick on their feet — someone who thinks fast, moves fast, and brings good energy to a busy service. Coffee and light food prep experience is a big plus, but it's not a dealbreaker - if you've got the right attitude, we'll teach you the rest.
All-Rounders
This is our entry-level role and the heartbeat of our business. You’ll rotate through building food orders, making coffee, and serving customers. Everyone at LOVEMENOT learns it all
You’re perfect for this if you:
- Exceptional with customers - fun, friendly and genuinely care
- Love fast-paced, team-first environments
- Take pride in doing things right, every time
- Are curious, reliable, and hungry to grow
A FEW NON-NEGOTIABLES:
- Must be available mornings, lunchtimes (MONDAY-Friday 6.45am-3.15pm) and potentially weekends at a later date
- Must be reliable - no shows are a no go
- Must be legally allowed to work in Australia
- Must actually enjoy being around people and giving our guests the ultimate experience
- Must have a great attitude and be willing and hungry to grow!
