About the role:
Reporting to the Operational Enablement Manager, the Automation Enablement Specialist designs, documents and embeds automation‑enabled workflows for Data Operations.
The role creates future‑state processes, maintains workflow libraries and supports low‑code solutions, partnering with Data Operations leaders, process owners and Digital & Technology automation teams.
This role is a 12 month fixed term contract with full-time hours.
As our Automation Enablement Specialist, you'll also:
Enhances operational processes by optimising workflows and introducing automation to improve efficiency and data quality
Acts as a bridge between business teams and technology, shaping practical, scalable low‑code automation solutions (eg Power Automate)
Drives consistency across teams through strong process documentation, and supports rollout, training, and adoption of new ways of working.
Skills and experience:
Strong experience in low‑code and workflow automation platforms (Power Automate)
Expert process mapping and operational documentation skills
Ability to translate business needs into automation solutions
Confident stakeholder engagement across operations and tech
