Details: This is a great opportunity to gain further insight into advanced features of the UKG Pro system and how it manages Time & Attendance business rules for ACT Government Directorates.
A typical day will include:

Providing day-to-day support for the UKG Pro Workforce Management, including troubleshooting and user support;

Working closely with business areas to ensure accurate time and attendance data, compliance with enterprise agreements, and streamlined payroll processing;

Assisting in testing new functionalities, and ensuring smooth upgrade change/s;

Providing training and support to system users, ensuring they are proficient in using UKG Pro for timekeeping, rostering, and scheduling;

Identifying opportunities for process improvements in workforce management;

Preparing and delivering reports, to inform decision-making;
-
Ensuring system data integrity through regular audits, monitoring, and validation processes;

Keeping abreast of industry best practices and developments related to workforce management systems.

Who are we looking for?
An enthusiastic and motivated team player who can hit the ground running and deliver outcomes in delivering Time and Attendance administration support.
What qualities do you need to have?

Demonstrated experience in the support and administration of UKG Pro Workforce Management;

Strong troubleshooting skills;

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a focus on providing support and training to users;

Proficiency in report generation and data analysis.
Note: There are several temporary positions available immediately for up to 12 months with the possibility of permanency.
A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
