Invictus Group is seeking experienced and suitably qualified Security Guards to join our team in a static outdoor gatehouse role. This position involves overnight security operations at sites located in the Homebush areas.

Successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a professional security presence at the gatehouse, monitoring access, and ensuring the safety and security of the premises throughout the night.
This role consists of overnight shifts, with rostered hours typically scheduled between 2300 HRS and 0700 HRS. Applicants should be comfortable working static outdoor posts during night hours and demonstrate strong reliability, professionalism, and situational awareness.
We are looking for individuals with relevant security qualifications and prior experience working in gatehouse or static security environments.
As a member of our team, you must have personal presentation and customer service skills. The primary functions of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Provide exceptional front line customer service and support
- Risk identification and Incident response
- General security duties including administration tasks
- Working within a team environment
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- The ability and confidence to work on your own
- Strong customer service & conflict resolution skills
- Availability for weekends & public holidays
- Flexibility to work across multiple locations
Skills and experience
To be considered for this opportunity, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the skills, experience and appropriate certification within the following areas:
- Hold a valid NSW Security Licensed (1A/1C) & current First Aid Certificate
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Professional Personal Presentation
- Ability to work nights
- Must be available for weekend work
- Experience in Conflict Resolution
- Ability to walk and stand for some periods of time
- Have working rights in Australia
