Reliable Care & Disability Services is looking for a mature, compassionate, and experienced Disability Support Worker to join our growing team.
We are seeking someone who genuinely cares about people and is committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support. This is more than just a job—we are looking for someone who will treat our participants with dignity, respect, kindness, and compassion.
Key Responsibilities
● Provide personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene assistance)
● Support participants to access the community, attend appointments, and participate in social activities
● Encourage independence and help participants achieve their goals
● Maintain accurate progress notes and communicate effectively with the care team
● Build positive and professional relationships with participants and their families
Essential Requirements
● Previous experience providing personal care
● A caring, patient, and compassionate nature
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
● Current Australian Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
● NDIS Worker Screening Check
● Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
● Working With Children Check (if required)
