The Opportunity
Based in Adelaide, the End User Applications Trainer delivers high quality, engaging training sessions that build practical digital skills for adult learners across our corporate and government client base. You’ll lead sessions across face-to-face and virtual formats, tailoring your approach to learners from beginners to experienced professionals. This role sits at the centre of the client experience, translating business needs into practical learning outcomes and contributing to strong client satisfaction and business outcomes more broadly. Beyond delivery, you’ll also contribute to the development and launch of new training products that keep our offering current and relevant to client needs.
The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic, confident presenter with a genuine passion for teaching and a strong grounding in adult learning principles. It suits someone who thrives on helping people build capability, adapts their delivery style to different audiences, and takes pride in continuous improvement.

- Power Automate (Beginner & Intermediate)
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery:
- Deliver motivating, high-quality training sessions across in-person and virtual formats
- Adapt delivery style and pacing to suit participant skill levels and engagement
- Prepare thoroughly for sessions by reviewing materials and tailoring examples to client needs
- Manage learner expectations and respond to their needs throughout the session
Quality and Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute to the development and launch of new training products, bringing a practical delivery perspective to their design
- Collect and reflect on participant feedback to continuously improve delivery
- Continue your own self-development and stay current across the M365, data, automation and AI tools you teach
About You
- Experience delivering training, facilitation or education to adult learners, corporate or otherwise
- Thorough understanding of adult learning theory and best practice training delivery methods
- Confident, engaging presenter with strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Working knowledge of some of Microsoft 365, Excel, Power BI, Power Platform or AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot, with a genuine interest in building depth across the full suite
- Curious and proactive in spotting market or client gaps that could shape new training products
