We are looking for a search engine optimisation specialist for a permanent full-time role based in our South Melbourne office.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience creating and delivering proven SEO strategies, ideally in an agency environment. We’re looking for an SEO expert that understands and stays up-to-date with the ever-evolving SEO landscape. The role requires a strong analytical and data-focused mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Identifying, reviewing and analysing SEO opportunities for our large portfolio of clients
- Conducting SEO website audits
- Carrying out comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities
- Creating and implementing strong on-page optimisation strategies
- Creating and implementing off-site optimisation strategies and link analysis
- Developing link building strategies
- Managing and tracking SEO campaign progress
- Analysing SEO strategies used by competitors
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in search, analytics and digital marketing
Key Qualifications & Experience
- 3-5 years’ experience with SEO – agency experience will be highly regarded
- Working knowledge of Moz, Ahrefs, SEMrush and other SEO tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Ads
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to clearly communicate technical issues
- Ability to work efficiently, while remaining organised and task oriented
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and projects
- A positive attitude
- Ability to work within a team, as well as independently
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a team dynamic
- Proficiency with Search Console, MS Office, WordPress and other CMSs
