About the Centre for Learning and Teaching
The Centre for Learning and Teaching (CLT) promotes high quality learning and teaching outcomes for students and academic staff through a comprehensive suite of services and programs.
The Role
The Learning Technologies and Innovation (LTI) team within CLT is seeking Expressions of Interest from ECU academic staff to join a casual pool of AI Testers (Teaching and Learning). In this role, you will evaluate AI tools for teaching and learning, assessing how AI can support learning design, teaching practice, assessment, feedback, student engagement, curriculum development and academic productivity. Insights from these evaluations will help inform ECU's approach to AI adoption, guidance and support.
About you
We are seeking ECU academic staff who have:
Experience in higher education teaching and learning.
An interest in educational technology and innovation.
Strong critical evaluation, analytical and communication skills.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Experience with AI tools, learning technologies, curriculum, learning or assessment design and evaluation activities is desirable but not essential.
