Due to continued growth, we're looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Manager to establish, grow, and lead a brand new door to door sales team across Sydney.

The Opportunity
As Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for recruiting, developing, and leading a high-performing door to door sales team while driving revenue growth across our residential home electrification product range. You'll work closely with senior leadership to set the standard for performance, culture, and results — while also leading from the front.

What You'll Be Doing
- Recruit, build, and develop a brand new door to door sales team from the ground up
- Lead, coach, and motivate your team to consistently exceed targets
- Drive sales growth across solar, battery storage, and home electrification solutions
- Conduct in-home appointments and convert opportunities into sales
- Develop and execute local growth strategies across the Sydney region
- Monitor team performance and continuously optimise sales processes
- Build a positive, high-performance culture centred on accountability and development
- Work closely with senior leadership to support team growth and retention
- Identify new market opportunities and strengthen customer relationships across Sydney
What Your First Month Will Look Like
You'll be immersed in our proven sales process and receive hands-on training from our senior leadership team. As a hybrid leadership role, you'll spend time:
- Learning the Core Energy Solutions sales methodology
- Running face-to-face home electrification appointments with homeowners
- Building your own pipeline
- Interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members
- Laying the foundations of your future team
By leading from the front, you'll build the credibility and experience needed to coach your team to success.
