The Opportunity
Due to sustained growth SEE Group has an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Financial Planning Analyst to join our highly skilled and professional Finance team.
This is a fast-paced role where your analytical expertise, confidence, and attention to detail will truly matter. We are seeking a seasoned professional with strong financial planning and analysis experience working in complex company structures.
This is a newly created role where you will have the opportunity to partner with the operation teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making. You will be playing a key role in transforming and modernising our FP&A systems and processes.
As a trusted expert, you’ll be comfortable engaging and presenting to senior level stakeholders including General Managers and Directors.
We’re a flexible, certified “Great Place to Work”, with a Gold Coast head office and offices across Tweed, Brisbane, Caboolture and the Sunshine Coast. We’re open on location and ways of working, with hybrid flexibility available (1–2 days WFH once established). If this role excites you, we’d love to hear from you.

About you:-
Previous experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related finance roles

Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling

Demonstrated ability to analyse complex data and provide actionable insights

Strong business partnering and stakeholder engagement skills
-
Advanced Excel skills (essential)

Experience with FP&A tools (e.g., TM1, Anaplan, Power BI) highly desirable

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
-
High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
