About the Role:
As an Administration Assistant / All Rounder, you'll be the backbone of our office, ensuring efficiency and providing vital support to our team. Your role will involve scheduling, data entry, correspondence, general administrative tasks that keep our operations seamless, sending out online orders and drive thru headset repairs. No two days will be the same, and you'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and process phone calls, emails, and deliveries.
- Provide customer assistance and information.
- Manage job entries, supplier invoices, and customer invoices (training provided).
- Assist managers and directors with ad hoc tasks.
- Process payroll for electricians and office staff.
- Log and manage headset jobs, including returns.
- Monitor mailbox and distribute mail.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Process and send online orders
- Repair and provide headset services
Ideal Attributes:
- Team player with autonomy and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of accounts, invoicing, purchase orders, expense processing, and basic payroll.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, and excellent communication.
- Attention to detail, multitasking abilities, professional helpful phone manner and a flexible, can-do attitude.
- Reliable and committed with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Willingness to learn
Training will be provided for the right candidate, even without meeting all criteria.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $53,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
