We are seeking an experienced Casual Fashion Sales & Online Customer Experience Assistant to join our team in Moorabbin, working across our Clearance Store and Online Department.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys both face-to-face fashion retail and online customer service, including processing online orders and assisting customers with phone sales.
About the Role
Reporting to the Store/Online Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales results and supporting the day-to-day operations of our retail and online business.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing outstanding face-to-face customer service and fashion styling.
- Driving sales and contributing to store budgets and KPIs.
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Assisting customers with phone sales and product enquiries.
- Responding to online and email customer enquiries.
- Processing online sales and customer orders accurately.
- Picking, packing and preparing online orders for dispatch.
- Processing online returns and exchanges.
- Assisting customers with product, sizing and availability enquiries.
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and assisting with stock control.
- Assisting with stocktakes when required.
- Supporting visual merchandising and VM changes.
- Maintaining high standards of store presentation.
- Supporting the Store/Online Manager with daily operations and administration.
- Working collaboratively with the retail and online teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Weekend availability is essential, with flexibility to work across other Fella Hamilton stores when required.
About You

- Is confident communicating face-to-face and over the phone.
- Has excellent written communication skills for online and email customer service.
- Has strong attention to detail when processing online orders.
- Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Takes initiative and can work independently as well as within a team.
- Is adaptable, energetic and resilient.
- Has a strong sales focus and enjoys working towards KPIs and targets.
- Has good computer skills and is comfortable learning new systems.
- Takes pride in presentation and delivering a professional customer experience.
- Is flexible to work across a range of trading hours.
Previous fashion retail, online sales, phone sales or customer service experience is highly desirable.
