We are looking for an experienced, reliable and enthusiastic Barista & Café All-Rounder to join our team for permanent part time work.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the variety of café life and understands that great service goes beyond making excellent coffee. We are seeking a true all-rounder who is confident working across all areas of the café — from behind the coffee machine to serving customers, operating the POS, maintaining the dining area and keeping the café clean and organised.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven barista experience in a fast-paced café environment
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Confidence using a POS system and handling customer orders and payments
- Experience working across front-of-house duties, including floor service and clearing tables
- A high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and take initiative
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing high-quality coffee consistently
- Taking orders and providing friendly customer service
- Operating the POS and managing transactions accurately
- Assisting with floor service and customer needs
- Maintaining café cleanliness, including dishes, tables and general cleaning duties
- Supporting the team to ensure smooth daily operations
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a busy café environment and is happy to jump in wherever needed. Must be available to work weekends.
