Role requirements: Demonstrate knowledge, methods and principles of general building maintenance
Broad understanding of major building trades, tools and machinery operations
Certificate III in a building trade or related field including Shopfitting, Cabinet Making, Carpentry
Current drivers license
Ability to work at heights | elevated platforms up to 11 metres
Ability to work unsupervised as well as being a flexible member of the team
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time
Prepare clear and concise reports
