The Northern Hospital Redevelopment is an approximately $813 million Victorian Government project delivering significant expansions to one of Melbourne’s busiest hospitals. Delivered in a staged approach within a live hospital environment, the project includes a new Ambulatory Care Centre and a future Emergency Department and Inpatient Unit tower, increasing clinical capacity and modernising facilities to meet the needs of Melbourne’s growing northern communities.
As Contracts Administrator or Senior Contracts Administrator you will assist in the preparation, negotiation and award of subcontract packages, including the calling, assessment and recommendation of quotations. Provide day‑to‑day contract administration support across the project lifecycle, including managing subcontract variations, progress claims and compliance requirements, to support effective cost control, commercial management and contractual performance of the project.
