ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a unique opportunity for a motivated salesperson to join our team and play a key part in our ongoing growth. You will have a passion for new business and enjoy taking responsibility for all aspects of the sales cycle from the initial enquiry, through to successfully onboarding a new customer,
Day to day activities and expected outcomes include:
- Responding to customer enquiries to identify new business opportunities across our complete range of Fleet and Leasing products.
- Providing intelligent tailor-made client solutions.
- Achieving unit growth and profitability targets
- Supporting implementation of new accounts
- Tracking and monitoring all sales activity
- Building the Fleetcare brand in the industry
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
To be considered, you will ideally:
- Be motivated by the opportunity to win new business, build great relationships with clients and deliver on team outcomes.
- Be experienced in working in a process driven, strategic and structured sales role.
- Have a strong customer service ethic and the ability to prioritise what is important in a fast-paced environment.
- Have 1 - 2 years proven experience in Fleet, Leasing or related Industries (this is desirable but not essential).
- Have the skills and drive to work autonomously and commitment to achieving targets and objectives.
- Be a passionate communicator able to develop effective internal and external working relationships.
