Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service.
- Schedule vehicle service appointments and manage bookings.
- Prepare accurate repair orders and explain recommended services.
- Liaise between customers and technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
- Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle repairs.
- Process invoices and payments while maintaining accurate records.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver a positive service experience.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role (automotive experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Good computer skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- A current driver's licence is preferred.
