Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items quickly and consistently to recipe specifications.
Manage a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring quick ticket times for drive-thru and cafe guests.
Maintain exceptional kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and strict adherence to food safety standards (SITXFSA005/006 protocols).
Monitor stock levels, assist with prep work, and minimize wastage.
Work collaboratively with front-of-house team members to ensure seamless service.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience as a Cook, Short Order Cook, or Chef in a fast-paced cafe or commercial kitchen.
Strong knowledge of food hygiene practices and safe food handling.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
Flexibility: Availability to work a rotating roster, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
