About the role
As a Large Power Maintenance Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting the teams that deliver EPSA's energy solutions.
Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll help ensure maintenance activities run smoothly, customers are supported, and critical administrative processes stay on track.
Supporting our growing Large Power and data centre operations, you'll provide day-to-day administration, coordination and documentation support across planned maintenance, breakdown activity and service delivery. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, customers, technicians and contractors to help keep maintenance operations organised, compliant and audit-ready
Your work will contribute to enabling the solutions industries depend on — even if you’re not on site or in the field.
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to!):
Supporting planned maintenance, breakdown activity and service administration.
Creating and maintaining work orders, purchase orders, invoicing records and service documentation.
Managing maintenance trackers, Excel spreadsheets and reporting information.
Coordinating customer communications, documentation requests and maintenance updates.
Following up outstanding actions, records and information to ensure work can proceed safely and efficiently.
Maintaining accurate system data across maintenance, service and customer workflows.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance administrative efficiency and document control
We’re looking for someone who brings both capability, initiative and a collaborative mindset.
Required
Experience in an administration role within a service, maintenance, operations, industrial, technical or similar environment.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records, documentation and trackers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and confidence learning new business systems.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, customers and contractors.
Full Australian working rights.
Ability to work from our Mulgrave office during onboarding and training
Highly regarded
Exposure to maintenance, field service, industrial equipment or technical operations environments.
Mechanical aptitude or an interest in understanding equipment and maintenance processes.
Experience using ERP, CRM or service management systems such as Infor or Salesforce.
Previous experience supporting data centre, power generation or critical infrastructure operations
