MECHANICAL PLUMBERS WANTED – COMMERCIAL PROJECTS (MELBOURNE)
If you’re a qualified Mechanical Plumber who’s been living on commercial builds (or wants to), we’ve got multiple crews across Melbourne chasing good people right now.
Fuse Recruitment work with a mix of established mechanical plumbing / HVAC contractors who need Mech plumbers after the break.
These are long term contract engagements to start (40+hr weeks), with genuine longer-term continuity and the chance to move to perm.

Typical work you’ll be doing:
- VRV/VRF installs and mechanical services fit-off
- Ductwork installs / set-out support
- Refrigerant pipework and copper rough-in
- Cushion box + cassette installs
- General install work on active commercial sites
Where the work is:
Projects move, but we’re regularly covering CBD/inner metro plus the South East and Eastern suburbs
Projects you’re likely to land on:
- Apartments / multi-residential
- Commercial offices and refurbishments
- Childcare / education builds
- Aged care / health
- Industrial sites (factories/warehouses)
You’ll need:
- Mechanical Plumbing qualification (AUS recognised)
- VBA registration
- White Card
- Tools + PPE
- Working rights for Australia
- A reliable, safety-first approach
