MyFone Repairs is a professional mobile phone repair and technology service centre specialising in the repair, maintenance, and servicing of smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other electronic devices.
We have a Vacancy for a full time Electronic Equipments Trades worker to join our growing team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Diagnose faults in smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other electronic devices using specialised diagnostic equipment.
- Repair and replace damaged electronic components.
- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems, firmware, and mobile applications.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance checks to ensure repaired devices meet manufacturer and operational standards.
- Recover and transfer customer data where appropriate while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate repair records, diagnostic reports, and inventory documentation.
- Advise customers on repair options, device maintenance, and preventative care.
- Manage stock of replacement parts, tools, and accessories required for repair services.
- Ensure all repair work complies with workplace health and safety requirements and manufacturer guidelines.
- Liaise with customers and team members regarding repair progress, technical issues, and service outcomes.
- Keep up to date with new mobile device technologies, repair techniques, and industry developments.
Requirements
Applicants must possess:
- A relevant qualification closely related to the occupation.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience as an Electronics Equipment Trades Worker or in a similar role.
This is a full time Role
Salary - $75,000 - $80,000 Plus Superannuation
38 Hours per week
Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
