What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred, especially in Asian or Korean cuisine.
- Skills: Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.
- Passion: A genuine love for food and a desire to share the rich culture of Korean BBQ with our guests.
- Team Player: A positive attitude and ability to collaborate with other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality Korean BBQ dishes to order.
- Ensure food is prepared to the highest standards of taste, presentation and cleanliness.
- Work collaboratively with other chefs and kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.
- Help with inventory, ordering and maintaining kitchen stock.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
