As our Employment Services Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support across the employee lifecycle. As the first point of contact for employment-related enquiries, you'll provide timely advice, coordinate recruitment activities, and support onboarding, offboarding and compliance processes that help keep our organisation running smoothly.
Working closely with the Employment Services Team, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, ensuring enquiries are triaged efficiently, stakeholders are supported professionally, and people-focused services are delivered with accuracy and care.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is organised, proactive and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. You'll bring:
A positive, enthusiastic and solutions-focused attitude.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a collaborative and respectful approach to working with others.
An interest in Human Resources and a sound understanding of employment-related processes, policies and practices.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to use initiative, prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines.
Confidence using digital systems and applications, including the Microsoft Suite and HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, LiveHire or similar platforms.
Previous experience in Human Resources or the public health sector in a administration role.
