Job Description
We are seeking a Dentist to join Blaxland Dental in a part‑time capacity with the view to increase their days.
This role is anchored in general dentistry, with a strong focus on providing restorative, prosthodontic, endo and cosmetic treatments, delivered through a holistic lens. You will provide comprehensive examinations, advanced treatment planning and management of complex cases and a broad scope of treatments, such as:
- Fillings
- Crowns and bridges
- Root canal therapy
- Dental implants
- Aligners
- Veneers
- Extractions
- Emergency dental
This role offers the opportunity to practice at a high clinical level with holistic and integrative practice philosophy, backed by strong clinical support.
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
- A strong experience in general dentistry, comprehensive diagnosis, advanced treatment planning and management of complex multidisciplinary cases
- Strong competency across restorative, prosthodontic, endodontic and cosmetic dentistry with confidence in delivering high-value treatment plans and aesthetic outcomes
- Experience with surgical extractions, Invisalign and integration of orthodontic considerations into broader treatment planning would also be highly regarded
- Alignment with holistic and integrative dental philosophy which includes minimally invasive, evidence-based care, with consideration given to oral-systemic health, biocompatible materials and conservative treatment approaches
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with patients and support staff to foster collaboration and deliver consultative service to patients
- Patient‑centred, ethical approach to care
Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
