About the Role
As a Casual Educator, you'll play an important role in supporting our centre teams by:
- Building meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Supporting learning experiences that inspire curiosity, confidence and growth
- Assisting across different age groups and learning environments
- Contributing to daily routines, activities and centre operations
- Supporting educators with observations and children's learning documentation
- Maintaining a safe, inclusive and engaging environment for all children
About You
To be successful, you'll have:
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), or be actively studying towards one
- Previous experience working within a long day care or early learning environment
- Flexibility to travel between Kids Academy Darra, Milestones Forest Lake and Papilio Sherwood as required
- Availability to accept shifts at short notice when needed
- A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain one
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
