- We are looking for :
- 1–3 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen
Some of your responsibilities, but not limited to :
- Preparing and cooking menu items to high standards
- Maintaining food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Ensuring cleanliness and food safety compliance
- Working collaboratively with the team during busy service
- Assisting with prep, stock control, and general kitchen duties
- High energy and a positive, can do attitude
- A true people person who works well autonomously
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast paced, evolving environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle high volume service under pressure
- Available to work evenings and weekends is a must
- Be the go-to person for menu knowledge, delivering high-quality products in line with our brand standards.
- Uphold impeccable cleanliness and tidiness in service areas, maintaining our service standards throughout operations
- Present professionally and punctually according to the grooming guidelines.
- Embrace flexibility, working various shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Pay: $33.05 – $40.62 per hour

- Warrandyte VIC 3113: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)
