RCS is a specialist surveying and civil infrastructure consultancy with over 10 years of operations, delivering construction surveying, 3D laser scanning, and UAV/drone services across major road, rail, and civil projects in NSW, ACT, and QLD.
We’re looking for a Registered Cadastral Surveyor based out of our Bowen Hills office to strengthen our professional capability across construction and cadastral work.
The Role
- Deliver survey projects across road, rail, and civil infrastructure in QLD
- Professional sign-off on survey deliverables including set-out, conformance, and WAE plans
- Cadastral surveys — boundary determinations, identification surveys, and plan preparation in accordance with QLD survey legislation
- Prepare and lodge survey plans with the QLD Titles Registry
- Mix of field delivery and office-based QA and technical oversight
- Mentor survey staff working toward cadastral endorsement
- Support growth of RCS’s QLD project pipeline and client relationships
Essential
- Registered with the Surveyors Board of Queensland with Cadastral Endorsement
- Working knowledge of the Surveyors Act 2003 (QLD) and relevant survey standards and directions
- Experience preparing and lodging survey plans in QLD
- Experience with TMR (Transport and Main Roads) survey specifications
- 12d AutoCAD or similar survey software
- Current driver’s license and White Card

- Experience mentoring candidate surveyors toward cadastral endorsement
